Job description :

Our client; specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of medical diagnostic products, is presently looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR).  

You will provide curative and emergency services, preventive maintenance, and product updates for primary assigned analyzers at customer facilities. You will be responsible for tracking, scheduling, and completing all required maintenance tasks, as well as offering onsite and remote support for the company products, including installations and configurations.

The FSR ensures instruments are fully functional for customer demos and product shows and supports sales and marketing strategies by developing product knowledge. They adhere to company policies, maintain detailed service records, troubleshoot issues, conduct in-service training, and coordinate with internal teams to expedite repairs and maximize customer satisfaction. Additionally, they manage company resources and escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.

Skills and qualifications :

Our client is seeking a medical technologist with experience in medical equipment maintenance.
