Job description :

In this position the Operations Manager, will be responsible for operations associated with deployment of displays and materials to the company’s network of point-of-care sites. In this regard, you will work across several functional areas and in collaboration with other employees.

Responsabilities :

Site Recruitment & Maintenance:

• Collaborate effectively with fellow employees and independent workers to ensure the smooth and timely installation of displays.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow employees in reporting the progress of new site installations.
• Assist as called upon in developing site recruitment plans.

CRM (SalesForce) Management:

• Ensure the accurate and timely input and management of data (e.g., accounts, items, cases, scenarios, installer instructions, partner lists, client lists, site exclusion information, etc.) as it relates to, and is needed for, the efficient deployment of print and digital materials.

Planning:

• Develop and implement plans to ensure the company has the resources and materials needed for deployment at appropriate times throughout the year.
• Review and improve planning methods to gain operational efficiencies.
• Monitor deployment related costs (installer costs, packing labour and materials, shipping, etc.) alongside fellow employees and actively search for and propose ways of achieving cost savings.
• Monitor deployment processes alongside fellow employees and identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.

Skills and qualifications :

• University degree
• Fluency in English and French, oral and written
• A persona that is built for active listening and other essential communication skills
• Intelligent, well-spoken, hardworking, adaptive, pleasant and personable
• Motivated, ambitious and innovative
• A strong capability to synthesize information and present recommendations effectively
• Willing and capable to handle challenge within a fast-paced environment
