Job description :

The Product Specialist acts as a Technical Consultant who conceptualize, develop, and deliver product/system performance reviews to improve blood center operations, organizes and executes customer focused product usage and optimization training, and provides complex problem solving services in either a field or headquarters environment working collaboratively with an account manager and without significant management oversight.

Home based position in Montreal, Quebec city or Ottawa.

Skills and qualifications :

• Bac degree in Lab Sc, Certified Nurse or Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist
• Min of 4-5 years of experience as Field Technical Support or in a similar position
• Must have experience with cell or blood processing technologies used in blood centers
• Ability to interact with all levels of customer organization
• Leadership skills and highly responsive to support clients
• Designs, develops, and delivers clinical or technical training programs
• Ability to learn high tech medical devices and software applications
• Positive and proactive approach to solve complex, unusual technical problems
• Must be flexible to travel up to 40%
• Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory
